Guest name, phone, time and a note are stored against the table. The reserved status is visible on the floor, so the table is not given away.

Owner dashboard
The software runs on a local computer and does not depend on the internet. When there is a connection, it sends the state of the club to your dashboard on the site. Open a browser on your phone and you see the floor as if you were standing behind the counter.
The dashboard is not tied to a plan: it opens with a club account and works even on the free mode. The Owner plan is about something else — it pushes the same figures to Telegram so you do not have to go and look.

The software is built for rooms of 1 to 35 tables: a small room in a district centre or a billiard centre in Almaty or Astana. The game does not matter — Russian pyramid, pool, snooker or a mixed room: what counts is play time on a given table at your rate.
It is particularly handy if you run billiards plus a bar, or billiards inside another venue: the bar and the tables live in one program, and the report shows what each side brought in.
An ordinary Windows computer or laptop at the front desk is enough. No server, no separate database, no POS terminal and no permanent internet connection.
If you do not have a computer, take our touchscreen all-in-one with the software already installed — the cashier station arrives ready to use. Receipts need an 80 mm thermal printer; table lighting needs our USB controller.
Lighting is driven by a USB relay controller: the software sends a command and the relay closes the circuit for that table. One unit covers four tables; for more tables the units sit side by side. We wire it into the room lighting during installation.
If you would rather not touch the wiring yet, you can start without the controller and add it later — the software works the same either way.
From enquiry to a working shift usually takes a few days: we agree the kit, deliver and connect the hardware, enter your rates and bar menu, and train the manager and bartenders.
After that you simply use it: the software updates itself and the plan renews monthly or once a year — whichever suits you, with 25% off when paid yearly. We stay reachable on WhatsApp and connect remotely if anything needs adjusting.

Yes. Downloading and using it is free: the first 14 days unlock every feature, and after that the program keeps working free forever for up to three tables, with an ad banner. The till, timers, lighting, receipt printing, shifts and reports all stay on the free plan. You need a paid plan once you have more than three tables, or want day/night rates, stock, staff roles and the Telegram bot.
Whichever suits you. The first 14 days are free with every feature. After that, Start is 1 000 ₸ per table per month: unlimited tables, reports for yesterday and the week, two user accounts. Club is 1 500 ₸ per table per month and Owner 2 500 ₸. Paying ahead means some months are not billed: six months count as five, a year as nine. So a year of Start is 9 000 ₸ per table, Club 13 500 ₸ and Owner 22 500 ₸. Two years of Club are 25 500 ₸ per table and three years 34 500 ₸. If you would rather not subscribe at all, there is a perpetual licence — 45 000 ₸ per table on Club and 75 000 ₸ on Owner; after that you only pay for updates, 5 000 ₸ per table per year.
The lighting kit is 15 000 ₸ per table, and the Club plan comes free with it for the first year. A year of the plan would cost 13 500 ₸ per table, so the lights, relays and installation work out at 1 500 ₸ per table on top. A receipt printer is 50 000 ₸ and a touch all-in-one is 150 000 ₸, both optional. A club with 8 tables and a printer pays 170 000 ₸ in the first year and 108 000 ₸ a year for the software after that. We are based in Shymkent, where installation, setup and training are included in the price. We travel to other cities in Kazakhstan too, but transport and accommodation are charged separately and agreed in advance. If you do not need us on site, the software can be installed remotely: we connect to your computer, set up the rates and train your staff over video.
Biliardo counts everything locally: if the internet drops, the club keeps working, while a cloud product stops right then. Biliardo can be bought outright and taken off subscription — 45 000 ₸ per table on Club: after that only updates remain, 5 000 ₸ per table per year. Cloud services offer no such option. The owner dashboard is an addition, not a condition for the room to run.
Yes. The software sends table status and revenue to your dashboard on the site. From your phone you can see busy tables, timers, rates and revenue for the day across tables and bar. From there you can also switch on the light above a table, or start and end a session remotely. The dashboard does not depend on your plan and works even on the free mode.
The light above the table comes on together with the session in the software, so playing without a record means playing in the dark. On top of that, every member of staff has their own role and access, a shift is opened under a named operator, and the shift report shows revenue by table and bar along with the number of sessions. Full control comes with the Owner plan: the void and deletion log shows exactly what was cancelled and by whom, and the stock audit checks actual stock against expected and states the gap in money.
